Nous recherchons pour le compte d'une filiale d'une banque internationale, basée à Casablanca, un Consultant Capacity Planning


Missions:

  • Harmoniser et optimiser l’allocation des ressources (humaines, budgétaires et technologiques)
  • Consolider, homogénéiser et synthétiser les informations des différents projets afin de faciliter la prise de décision
  • Consolider le statut des projets pour les filiales, en relation avec les chefs de projet
  • Construire la trajectoire annuelle/pluriannuelle de son portefeuille de projets et l’anime
  • Organiser les décisions budgétaires annuelles
  • Consolider les demandes de projets en collaboration avec les équipes projets et les partenaires 
  • Organiser les sessions d'arbitrage avec les différentes parties prenantes
  • Assurer la surveillance des projets (time tracking, suivi des alertes, gestion des ressources et des arbitrages…)
  • Fournir un reporting consolidé aux différentes parties prenantes
  • Communiquer et partager l’avancement des différents projets et leurs dépendances
  • Optimiser les dépendances entre les projets (ressources, objectifs, livrables…)
  • Gérer les coûts, les risques, les interdépendances et les avantages stratégiques au niveau du portefeuille
  • Il définit la roadmap des projets en cohérence avec le schéma directeur et s'assure de son bon déroulé
  • Il prépare et anime les décisions d’arbitrage à destination des sponsors

Profil recherché: Ayant plus de 10 années d’expériences réussies en gestion de projets et/ou de portefeuille de projets en production informatique

Compétences et Qualités recherchées:

  • Faculté de coordination et de travail en équipe
  • Facilités dans la communication pour mettre sous contrôle les projets et savez faire preuve de leadership
  • Volontaire et dynamique, vous êtes force de proposition et savez vous adapter en fonction de vos interlocuteurs par votre communication
  • Bonnes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse en matière de gestion de projets importants
  • Grande aisance relationnelle
  • Une forte compétence en production informatique est requise et si possible en monitoring dans un contexte bancaire/assurance
  • Bon communiquant, vous disposez d’une grande capacité à travailler en équipe et avez une capacité à analyser, synthétiser et modéliser les informations

Type de contrat: Freelance

Durée de la Mission : 3 mois renouvelables ( visibilité du projet sur 1 année minimum )
