The Role
Full time unlicensed plumbing maintenance/Drain line technician
Responsibilities
- Be punctual according to your schedule.
- Communicate efficiently with clients and team members
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of plumbing systems within a home
- Diagnose plumbing and drain issues
- Build and present estimates to clients in the field
- Perform repairs on basic plumbing fixtures.
- Clear drain line stoppages.
- Create leads for other departments.
- Educate and consult with clients about the plumbing in their home
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance.
- Properly maintain company issued devices, equipment, and vehicles
- Report issues with equipment in a timely manner to your assigned point of contact
- Participate actively in all assigned trainings, meetings, and other company functions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Must have experience in plumbing, building maintenance, or other related trade
- No DUI’s within the past 5 years
- Current driver’s license with no SR22 requirement
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Strong verbal and written communications.
