  1. Support all 3 areas (Service, Consumables, and Accessories)
  2. Service Contracts: 10-15 Hours a week estimate
    1. Work closely with Service Contract Manager to drive monthly target of renewals
    2. Responsible for monthly quoting for both expiring warranties and contracts
    3. Follow up with clients via email and phone calls, requote as needed
    4. Keep accurate, up to date, and detailed records
  3. Consumables: 15 -20 Hours a week estimate
    1. Communicate and follow up effectively with customers throughout the purchase process
      1. Requests that come via phone calls, emails, and referrals
    2. Responsible for processing all orders and tracking the customer opportunities
    3. Coordinating with the internal operations team for shipping and tracking of items to customers
    4. Reporting to the manager about the consumables funnel through the consumables FRED
  4. Accessories: up to 5 Hours a week estimate
    1. Assisting the manager with the mechanical quoting, shipping and tracking needed for accessories
  5. Additional Responsibilities: up to 5 Hours a week estimate
    1. Answer Main Office phone lines, take client orders, or direct them to the right point of contact depending on their needs
    2. Troubleshooting part inquiry issues
    3. Keeping customer records up to date in Fishbowl and Salesforce
    4. Weekly and Quarterly reporting
    5. Assisting with returns as needed
Basic skills we prefer you to have:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience (2 to 5 years Customer Service in a related industry)
  2. Commitment to excellent customer service
  3. Experience with CRM and Inventory Software (Salesforce and Fishbowl preferred)
  4. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  5. Strong attention to detail, record keeping, and organizational skills
    1. Organized with a strong ability to multi-task
  6. Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Location: Shelton, CT
