Triad Roofing Company is seeking an experienced commercial roofing superintendent to join their growing team

Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and willingness to deal with uncomfortable situations are all important skills for this position.  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Thorough understanding of all types of commercial roof systems. 
  • In coordination with the team at Triad, develop and implement a program of work and strategy for making projects happen safely, successfully, and within budgeted materials and man hours. 
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur. 
  • Ensure all safety guidelines are being followed. Regularly conduct safety inspections on job sites. 
  • Ensure the project schedule and timelines are being followed.
  • Oversee and direct work of foremen, lead men, and other crew members. 

Job Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable motor vehicle report
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check and will be subject to pre-employment and random drug testing.
  • Commercial roofing experience required

The selected candidate will be offered:
