HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Design and develop shell and tube heat exchangers for commercial heating and cooling products.
  • Contribute to new product development projects, focusing on efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory codes.
  • Mentor junior engineers in heat exchanger design and development.
  • Lead and participate in ad hoc engineering projects, providing expertise and direction.
  • Manage technical requirements for heat exchangers, including planning and directing laboratory tests for product verification.


ARE YOU A SENIOR HEAT EXCHANGER ENGINEER ROCK STAR?

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and development of shell and tube heat exchangers.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required; a Professional Engineer license or Master's Degree is a plus.
  • Expertise in HVAC, Power Generation, Petrochemical, or Food & Beverage industries.
  • Proficient in heat transfer, fluid flow, and pressure drop calculations.
  • Familiar with ASME Pressure Vessel Code and computer simulation tools.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-starter with a high energy level, capable of multitasking and managing projects efficiently.
