Pyramid Management Group, LLC, headquartered in Syracuse, NY, is the largest privately held developer, owner and manager of retail shopping centers in the Northeast. We are an entrepreneurial, forward thinking organization and a top tier company in our field.
We are looking for motivated individuals for our 2025 Summer Internship Program.
Internship Overview:
Leasing (2 - Interns)
Learn the sales and business practices of retail based commercial real estate that have guided Pyramid's 50 years of success. Interns shadow the leasing sales team and attend the real estate committee meetings where tenant relationships and lease negotiations are managed. Assist our sales team, including the research and creation of market studies, retail market analysis, competitive retailer information, site feasibility studies, and presentations. Interns provide detailed activity reports and have the opportunity to attend site tours and meetings with prospective tenants. If you want to be a salesperson and are interested in commercial real estate, a Pyramid internship is a great place to start.
Position Requirements:
Candidates must have an outstanding professional appearance and manner, with great people skills. Must be outgoing, competitive, analytical, self-motivated, well organized, and highly energetic. Exceptional verbal and accurate written communication skills.
Additional requirements:
- Nearing completion of a bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Compensation:
These internships will commence June 2nd and continue through August 8th. This will be a paid internship.
