As a Leasing Intern, you will learn the sales and business practices of retail-based commercial real estate that have guided our 50 years of success.

**Internship Overview:**
Shadow the leasing sales team and attend real estate committee meetings to gain insight into tenant relationships and lease negotiations. Assist our sales team with research and creation of market studies, retail market analysis, competitive retailer information, site feasibility studies, and presentations. You will also provide detailed activity reports and have the opportunity to attend site tours and meetings with prospective tenants.

**Position Requirements:**
Candidates must have an outstanding professional appearance and manner, with great people skills. Must be outgoing, competitive, analytical, self-motivated, well-organized, and highly energetic. Exceptional verbal and accurate written communication skills are essential. Additional requirements include:
  • Nearing completion of a bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
