Our team is growing, and we’re looking for our next problem-solving client service representative/dispatcher. We’re looking for an organized team member to help our growing client base and field team prioritize service calls. You'll be responsible for handling client requests and complaints and preparing the work schedule. You’ll also communicate with clients and field units using telephones and messaging apps. Compensation:

$17 - $26 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, postal mail and texts/chats
  • Create and maintain records for client orders, parts ordering and filing of documents
  • Scheduling of client’s service, sales and/or installation appointments
  • Dispatching of field team members while monitoring the route, status and weather to coordinate, prioritize and adjust scheduling
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
  • Collect information from clients, internal and external, to manage and update the client database with complete and accurate information
  • Outbound calls to promote, remind and schedule clients for recurring preventive maintenance
  • In-person dealings with clients, vendors and sub-contractors, including purchasing transactions in our office
  • Assist Management with creation and refinement of processes and systems
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Ability to stay calm, composed, and professional especially in emergency situations and with excited clients
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, in English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Experience with Service Titan and monday.com is desired but not required
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects accurately and manage time efficiently.
  • Basic math skills with experience in collecting client payments
  • Expert in computer operation with data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to identify errors and solve problems through critical thinking, sometimes outside the traditional ‘box’
  • Able to work independently, with little supervision, while representing the values and goals of the company
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to engage in repetitive motions, especially of arms and wrists
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be able to pass drug screening at federal qualifications
  • Must have valid Driver’s License and good driving record
  • Must be able to lift objects up to 20 pounds, sometimes overhead
  • Must be able to reach, stand for periods of time, grasp, move, feel, touch, see (including color, depth perception or clarity), and hear (including receiving detailed information orally or making fine discriminations in sound)
