Job Description:

As an HVAC Technician at Redblue, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of commercial HVAC units. We are looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about their work and are dedicated to delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance and service on commercial HVAC systems.
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with clients to address their specific HVAC and provide expert recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including completed tasks and findings.
  • Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • EPA Certification is a must; additional certifications and licenses are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience in commercial or residential HVAC.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Work Schedule:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
