Location: Napoleon, OH – other locations can be discussed

Status: Salary

Developing sales of chrome metal in the USA

• Conduct market surveys, keep abreast of technological developments and of the competitive environment.
• Analyze and understand customer needs.
• Set prices and sales terms, negotiate offers, and conclude purchase orders.
• Optimize customer service and communication, and guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Follow-up of orders: deliveries, invoicing, debt collection
• Contribute to defining the sales strategy.
• Participate in defining sales budgets.
• Achieve budget targets (volumes, turnover, profit margins, TWC)
• Coordinate work with Delachaux Metal Inc organization in Napoleon, Ohio
• Analyse import / export data
• Prospect new customers.
• Participate in lean management actions.
• Ad-hoc assignments: in charge of the sales administration process in case of absence

• A metallurgical work experience.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in sales management
