Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections and create detailed site maps indicating the designated areas for MHU or RV installations.
  • Visit construction sites regularly and provide progress updates to the Project Manager.
  • Test all appliances and examine homes for cosmetic imperfections in preparation for inspections.
  • Perform monthly preventive maintenance inspections on occupied residences and address routine and emergency maintenance requests received via the service line.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all inspection and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in residential construction is required.
  • Experience in maintenance or a related inspection field is essential.
  • Capability to manage a physically demanding workload is necessary.
  • Proficiency in handyman skills is required, with prior experience in RV and manufactured housing maintenance being advantageous.

*First 90 Day Expectations*

  • Work a minimum of 12 hours per day, seven days a week, during the initial 90-day period.
  • Conduct site evaluations to assess the viability of locations for temporary housing unit installations.
  • Supervise the installation activities at various job sites to guarantee adherence to quality standards and contractual obligations.
  • Test all appliances and the overall functionality of the home once power is supplied.
  • Perform necessary repairs as they occur to ensure the home is fully prepared for occupancy.
