Responsibilities

Parts Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and order parts as needed to meet customer demands.

Customer Service: Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, offering advice on parts selection and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service department and other team members to coordinate part orders and ensure timely delivery.

Vendor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with parts suppliers to negotiate pricing, resolve issues, and ensure timely deliveries.

Training and Development: Train and mentor parts department staff to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills.


Requirements

Automotive Knowledge: Understanding of automotive parts and accessories is preferred.

Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role or managing a team is advantageous.

Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills with a commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in inventory management and quality assurance.
