Consider joining our team as a Leasing Professional for Woodridge Apartments in Fairfield, Ohio.


Who you are:

  • You have at least two years' experience in customer service and sales (leasing experience highly desired).
  • You understand that excellent customer service is paramount when working with our residents, prospects, and vendors.
  • You are bilingual.
  • You use outstanding people skills with your team and your residents through excellent verbal communication, MS Office products, Yardi software, and social media business use.
  • You have a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle and auto-insurance.
  • You are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.


What you will do as a Leasing Professional:

  • Show and lease the available apartments of a residential multifamily community.
  • Input and close out work orders.
  • Post on social media, provide customer service, create a bimonthly newsletter, and more.
  • Scheduled hours: Tuesday - Saturday 8:30am to 5pm
