Principales Responsabilidades:

📋 Dirigir y supervisar todas las operaciones de la firma, asegurando la eficiencia y eficacia en la prestación de servicios legales.

📋 Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de crecimiento y objetivos a largo plazo para la firma.

📋 Mantener comunicación constante con el equipo de abogados, personal administrativo y clientes para asegurar la satisfacción y fidelización de los mismos.

📋 Administrar y coordinar los recursos humanos y financieros de la firma.

📋 Implementar políticas y procedimientos para mejorar la productividad y la eficiencia.

Requisitos:

🔍 Experiencia mínima de 5 años en roles de gestión, preferiblemente en el ámbito legal.

📚 Título universitario, Administración de empresas, Derecho, Gerencia de procesos o Recursos humanos.

🔍 Habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal en inglés y español.

📚 Conocimiento profundo de las regulaciones y procedimientos legales.

🔍 Capacidad para liderar equipos y manejar múltiples tareas bajo presión.

📚 Uso avanzado de nuevas tecnologías y herramientas digitales.
🔍 Experiencia en la elaboración y gestión de presupuestos.

📚 Preferiblemente debe tener visado de turismo para entrar a USA

🔍 Disponibilidad de Viajar constantemente a USA
