Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Senior Recruiter with expertise in the Aerospace industry to join our dynamic team. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talents to support our organization’s growth and objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talents within the aerospace industry, including engineers, technicians, project managers and other specialized roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions and requirements
- Utilize various sourcing methods including networking, online job boards, social media and industry-specific channels, to identify and engage passive candidates
- Conduct thorough screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Develop/manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems to ensure a seamless recruitment experience
- Build and maintain strong relationship with candidates, internal stakeholders and external partners, such as aerospace industry organizations and educational institutions
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields(Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus of on the aerospace industry
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring aerospace professionals including engineers, scientists and technicians
- Strong understanding of aerospace industry trends, technologies and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Location: Cheshire, CT, US
Work Authorization:
The ideal candidate for this role will have authorization to work in the US prior to joining Hanwha Aerospace USA Inc. This role will not sponsor or offer assistance with the sponsorship for work authorization in the United States.
