Senior Transactional Attorney - Long-Term Health Care- Long-Term Health Care Practice

Location: Cleveland Office

About Us:

Join our dynamic and growing Long-Term Health Care practice in Cleveland We specialize in representing investors and operators in skilled nursing and assisted living facility transactions. We are looking for a talented Senior Associate to lead and grow with us.

Your Role:

As a Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of our Long-Term Health Care practice, handling complex transactions and providing top-notch legal advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead negotiations and draft purchase agreements, commercial leases, operation transfer agreements, and other related documents for skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
  • Manage all aspects of business transactions, including joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and investments in the long-term health care sector.
  • Provide strategic advice and legal expertise to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to deliver exceptional service and outcomes for our clients.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in transactional law, with a strong focus on real estate transactions.
  • Expertise: Demonstrated experience in the long-term health care sector, particularly with skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
  • Skills: Excellent academic credentials, communication skills, and the ability to lead complex negotiations.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with all aspects of business transactions in the health care sector, including joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
