Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. You will also work closely with our sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns effectively

- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address complex customer inquiries

- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in our CRM system

- Identify and escalate any potential issues or trends to management

- Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and provide suggestions for process improvement

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with patience and professionalism

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
