Description

Seeking a seasoned Program Manager to support the Lean-Agile Coaching Program Implementation Clinical Informatics and Data Management Office of Health Informatics within the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Requirements

Education and Certifications:

  • Requires a minimum of a Master's Degree.
  • Requires a Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) Certification.

Experience:

  • At least fifteen (15) years experience managing program implementations in medium (100-499 ftee) to large (500+ ftee) organizations consistent with SAFe.
  • At least some experience working in support of healthcare or healthcare technology environments.
  • Have experience with and demonstrate understanding of SAFe's Lean Agile principles and practices to drive value and sustain organizational change and operational excellence through the empowering of high-performing Agile teams.
