This full-time, adventure awaits you in Bakersfield, CA
The pay range is $19-$37/hr depending on experience and includes benefits.
Your Mission:
- Installation, repair, and maintenance of fuel dispensers, POS systems, monitoring equipment, and related systems.
- Responsible for daily entries of work order data, parts used on job and all labor hours on mobile app.
- Compliance with safety protocols and requirements.
- Collaborating with a team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Providing exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout the process.
What You Bring to the Table:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with fuel dispensers and pumps, retail POS systems, car wash in-bay automatics, or tunnels is required.
- Any type of mechanical or electrical service background is a plus.
- Prior experience in petroleum construction, installation, and heavy equipment is a definite advantage.
- Commitment to safety and familiarity with safety requirements.
- Strong desire to learn quickly.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and effective communication.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years required.
Role Essentials:
- Location: Bakersfield, CA and surrounding areas
- Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday with weekend availability
- License: Valid driver’s license (required)
- Travel: This position may require occasional travel, and some overnight stay may be necessary/ Travel expenses will be covered by Nwestco, LLC

Ability to pass pre-employment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb), twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug-screening and background check.
