About this role: The Engagement Specialist role is designed for individuals who are passionate about success and proficient in turning potential opportunities into sustainable partnerships. This proactive role involves engaging with a large database of therapist leads, with the goal of identifying, securing, and appropriately matching them with new school-based clients across various states. The specialist is expected to navigate and manage these relationships effectively, ensuring a seamless transition to educational environments that benefit from tailored therapy services.


Responsibilities:

  • Screen and conduct preliminary interviews with numerous therapist leads each month.
  • Secure initial therapist contract agreements and first placement before transitioning relationship to Sales team.
  • Identify and target potential clients within designated states
  • Analyze and qualify client leads to assess their potential business value.
  • Engage in targeted outreach to identified prospects.
  • Utilize multiple communication channels to forge robust relationships with key stakeholders within prospect organizations.
  • Facilitate sales presentations and meetings to showcase our special education services.
  • Seek out and capitalize on new sales opportunities to bolster revenue growth.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to refine sales strategies and approaches.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in staffing, healthcare, or a similar industry.
  • In-depth understanding of sales processes, client relationship management, and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team-oriented with the capability to work across various divisions.
  • Skilled in data analysis and proficient in reporting.
  • Experienced with CRM platforms and sales tools.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Background in healthcare or therapy fields preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Sales or marketing certification (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
