Job Summary:
Rafferty Subaru is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. This individual will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers while providing exceptional customer service. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced and dynamic sales team in the auto industry.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive salary and commission structure. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, dental, vision, retirement plans, and employee discounts on vehicle purchases and services.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and establish a professional rapport to determine their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Conduct test drives and thoroughly educate customers on vehicle features and benefits.
- Communicate effectively and accurately the terms of a vehicle purchase or lease to customers.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all new and used vehicle inventory, including options, features, and benefits.
- Collaborate with the finance department to secure financing and complete all necessary paperwork for the sale.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics as set by the dealership.
- Stay current on industry trends and participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or marketing preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
