Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Blueprint Analyst to join our team at Roomi Group Corporation. As a Blueprint Analyst, you will play a vital role in analyzing and interpreting construction blueprints, drawings, and specifications to support project planning and execution.

Responsibilities:


  • Analyze and interpret blueprints accurately.
  • Generate precise and detailed quantity measurements based on blueprints.
  • Research blueprints to address inquiries regarding finishes and materials.
  • Utilize blueprints for calculating square feet, linear feet, or item counts.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or associate degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Word, Excel, PDF, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand and adhere to company protocols and policies.
