Position: On-site, FTE Non-Exempt (Pay Rate: $21.00 -$23.00/HR based on the experience)

Job Summary:

The SCM Coordinator is responsible for managing the purchase of products, goods, or services for the business. In this position, you will be supporting and learning fundamental functions of Inventory management: purchasing, data analysis, and logistics.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Assist with inventory management: purchasing, data analysis, and logistics.
  • Responsible for daily replenishment procurement (Oversea Purchasing).
  • Able to prepare and review Overseas import and export documents.
  • Monitoring and Stock Transfer to Remote WHS.
  • Schedule to receive shipments with forwarders and truckers (SEA / AIR).
  • Price checking of receiving inventory.
  • Reviewing Logistics Invoice for AP.
  • Inventory adjustment through daily cycle counting results.
  • Coordinate Inventory returning from vendors or remote WHS.
  • Generating orders quality test orders for incoming inventory.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and suppliers.

Required Competencies:

  • Proficient with computers, video meetings/messaging applications (Skype, Ring Central, Microsoft Teams, and/or Zoom), computer programs, and Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. (Required)
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Advanced computer, information, and emotional literacy.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work and sustain attention with distractions and/or interruptions.
  • Ability to interact appropriately with various individuals, including customers/clients.
  • Ability to deal with people under adverse circumstances.

Job Qualifications:

  • Proficient Microsoft Excel (Required)
  • SAP (Hana) or other ERP experience (Preferred)
  • At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US. (Required)
  • Minimum high school diploma (Required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (Preferred)
  • Need a reliable mode of transportation.

Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday, full-time, Hybrid Schedule
