Revenue Analyst

The Revenue Analyst will learn and support Revenue Services in maximizing the income potential of our clients' assets by utilizing an analytical mindset combined with multi-family operational experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in business, economics, real estate, or finance-related majors.

• Proficient with Microsoft programs with advanced knowledge of Excel.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to analyze data and present it to a large audience in a succinct manner.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence others.

• Is self-motivated and will take the initiative to find answers at times of ambiguity.

• Strong knowledge of multifamily operations, including the impact of tactical-based decisions.

• Financial background preferred, including a good understanding of budgeting, accounting and financial reporting, and analysis.

• Ability to think analytically and problem-solve.

• Critical thinking skills and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to travel as needed.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Build expertise with the foundations of Revenue Management.

• Assist in implementing and updating pricing strategies for clients.

• Coordinate new, renewal, and other pricing-related reviews.

• Pull and evaluate weekly and monthly pricing reports and check for data discrepancies.

• Perform data mining and evaluation of operational-related data trends based on team/client needs.

• Trouble-shoot issues related to Yardi, yield management platforms or Revenue Services related processes.

• Assist with the creation and advancement of Revenue Services processes and reporting.

• Support with developing training material and training hosted by Revenue Services.

• Become a local expert with yield management platforms, and ultimately be able to provide advisory services in the future.
