WHAT YOU DO AS A PART-TIME PERSONAL ASSISTANT?
You will be responsible for managing email inboxes on behalf of our owner and manager. This involves sorting through and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will handle their schedules, ensuring that meetings and appointments are organized and well-coordinated. You'll also oversee tasks and reminders for company and community meetings, including taking notes, following up on action items, and ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and prepared.
YOUR SCHEDULE
This part-time position offers 20-30 hours per week, with at least 50% of the hours falling between 8 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
