  • Communicate proactively to cross-functional partners and prepare formal recurring business reviews for senior leadership.
  • Synthesize information and context, and draw connection points across multiple teams to summarize impact, risks, and blockers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop reporting dashboards that provide insights into business operations.
  • Partner with Analytics and Business stakeholders to determine metrics strategy, and ensure alignment across teams and organizations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by establishing and enforcing data governance policies and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback on reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Drive impact through strong executive communication and leadership.
Skills:
  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills are necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc.
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
