Pay Rate: $18.00/hr. - $20.00/hr.Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembly Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical assembly, utilizing both hand tools and power tools. This position requires a strong electrical background and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform electrical assembly tasks using a variety of hand tools and power tools.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to assemble components accurately.
  • Install, connect, and test electrical wiring and components to ensure proper functionality.
  • Conduct quality inspections of assembled components to identify and rectify any defects or inconsistencies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and improve assembly processes.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical assemblies as needed.
  • Document assembly procedures and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in electrical assembly is preferred.
  • Proven experience in electrical assembly, with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
  • Strong understanding of electrical principles and components.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
Work Schedule:
  • Full-time position with standard working hours. Some overtime may be required based on production needs.
Compensation:
  • Competitive hourly wage, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
