We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Service Seller to join our team in Wisconsin. As a Service Seller, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our commercial facilities services, including commercial moving, new product installation, move/add/change, hotel FF&E installation, furniture decommissioning, asset management/storage & technology services. You will play a key role in developing business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Your primary focus will be on business development, meeting sales goals, and providing top-level customer service.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, present, and secure our services to existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis for customers to determine the best solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Develop estimates for services to be rendered and present them to customers.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any customer problems or concerns.
  • Meet sales goals within budget and designated timeframes.
  • Coordinate service sales efforts with product and operational fulfillment departments and associated team members.
  • Analyze the territory potential, track sales, and generate activity reports using company-provided tracking tools.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Skills and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with the general marketplace in Wisconsin, especially primary markets.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent prospecting, selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the needs of the audience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications - Education & Experience:

  • 4+ years of hands-on sales experience.
  • Experience with usage of CRM or other sales tracking methodologies
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial sales industry or B2B sales with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong fundamental knowledge of sales principles and procedures for establishing, maintaining, and growing lasting sales relationships.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $60k + commission, dependent on experience
