Job Summary
Chiropractic Assistants/New Patient Advocates will help the Chiropractors in run the office by assisting with patient care while simultaneously ensuring all CA tasks are being completed. CAs will answer the phones and schedule appointments at the front desk but are also directly involved with patient care. CAs will educate patients about chiropractic care to help them achieve their health goals. Our team is in need of a detail-oriented and high-level connector to be the face of our First Experience in the office.

Responsibilities
  • Be a part of the Chiropractic Assistant Team
  • Be the face of New Patient Intake
  • Give phenomenal first impressions and First experience
  • Answer the phone at the clinic
  • Greet patients when they enter the clinic
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Explain fees to patients and accept payment
  • Perform data entry in the clinics computer systems
  • Describe products available for purchase at the clinic and process payment for the same
  • Keep patient files up to date and enter appropriate charges and process payment
