Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Human Resources to lead our clients HR department and drive their human capital strategies. The Director of HR will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with the organization's objectives and promote a positive work culture. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic HR Planning:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's overall mission and objectives.
    • Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals.
    • Forecast workforce needs and develop plans to attract, retain, and develop talent.
  2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
    • Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
    • Develop and implement onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
    • Implement performance management systems to evaluate and develop employee performance.
  3. Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues.
    • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
    • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  4. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
    • Implement career development initiatives to support employee growth and advancement.
    • Facilitate leadership development programs for managers and supervisors.
  5. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
    • Conduct benchmarking studies to assess the competitiveness of the organization's compensation packages.
    • Manage benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  6. HR Compliance:
    • Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain legal compliance.
    • Conduct regular audits to assess HR practices and mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least [3] years of experience in HR leadership roles
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • SHRM certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
