Job Summary:

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for a variety of tasks related to receiving, storing, and shipping products. They will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Loads, unload, picks, puts away, consolidates, stacks and stages products and materials
  • Follows specific work instructions and best practices to safely and accurately complete daily work assignments
  • Assists with physical inventories and cycle counts
  • Inspects each pallet and or case for proper quantities and items
  • Communicates problems, concerns and ideas to management. Identify process improvements.
  • Assists in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
  • Participates in all assigned training programs and adheres to all guidelines
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Maintains a positive and professional attitude while interacting with other team members or departments
  • Routinely conducts cycle counts and full inventory audits across departments and properly document inventory movement
  • Performs required quality check on inbound/outbound materiel
  • Ensures orders outbound or inbound product is verified, accurate, and processed in the system through applicable transactions
  • Monitors and maintains a safe and clean working environment, ensuring that all safety procedures are followed, and that the warehouse is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organization
  • Abides by all Company operating polices
  • Other responsibilities may be required based on business needs

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction
  • Knowledge of and ability to operate a Stand-up forklift
  • Ability to learn how to operate WMS systems in warehouse environment
  • Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Education and Experience:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
  • 1+ years Forklift experience / training
  • 1+ years Inventory control experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, frequently
