Operations Associate

Murphy's Naturals is seeking a dynamic Operations Associate to join our manufacturing facility team. The Operations Associate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of both production areas and fulfillment/pack-out processes. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a dedication to upholding Murphy's Naturals' commitment to quality and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Support:
- Assist with the manufacturing process by operating machinery, monitoring production lines, and conducting quality checks.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with production team members to meet production targets and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in production areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Fulfillment/Pack-out:
- Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products according to customer specifications.
- Utilize inventory management systems to accurately track stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate shipping schedules and optimize order fulfillment processes.
- Quality Assurance:
- Document and report any quality issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, fulfillment, and quality, to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity of tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by actively participating in team meetings and sharing ideas for improvement.
