Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
- In this role, your talents will move cases forward by gathering and organizing documents, creating and responding to discovery, calendaring hearings, and communicating with clients and attorneys to create a winning plan for each client

Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish) – Essential to have the ability to speak Spanish fluently. No exceptions. Please only apply if you are fluent
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience in Personal Injury
- Strong communication skills to enable positive interaction with clients, team members, and the general legal field
- Quality-, deadline-, and detail-oriented with strong working knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Office products, calendars, video conference software, scanners, etc.
- Competitive nature with a strong passion for exceeding personal and professional goals
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively, both on a team and individually, in a high-energy, growing environment
- Draft/respond to discovery, create DCOs, and calendar deadlines and appointments
- Analyze evidence/reports, organize, and track files
- E-file
- Schedule depositions
- Prepare mediation/trial notebooks
