Strategic Innovation Group (SIG) seeks a Jr. Admin/Analyst to provide exceptional support to a federal client. This person will play a key role in supporting administrative functions, assisting with presentation development, updating dashboards, and managing tracking systems such as JIRA. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a background in administrative and analytical tasks.

Salary: $55,000 to $75,000

This is a fully remote position.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Monitors multiple email boxes and chat systems to receive technical/operational information and metadata from partner shared information.
  • Formats relevant data into tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, etc.), applies prioritization methodologies, data-tagging, etc. to enable cyber analyst functions.
  • Maintains dashboards/tracking of ticketed data and provides recurring and ad hoc summarizations/data insights; tracks deliverable timelines.
  • Performs prescriptive/documented analytic processes to assess or enrich received data (e.g., executes steps to canvas CISA data holdings and assess open-source/publicly available information for context).
  • Authors and maintains information portals (e.g., Confluence) and drafts reports/presentations related to CSD / JCDC priorities.
  • Assists quality control of disseminated products (formal and informal) for editorial, language, and style.
  • Performs open-source and CTI research on JCDC priorities or emerging events to enable the team with the most current operational picture.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must work a minimum expected 1,920 hours per year.
