Job description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a unique role that combines office administration with caregiving responsibilities. As an Office Administrator and Caregiver, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both our administrative functions and directly assisting our clients with compassionate care.

*Must be Covid Vaccinated*

Responsibilities:


Office Administration:


  • Manage daily administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing client/caregiver schedules
  • Maintain organized records and documentation.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new caregivers, including conducting background checks and orientation sessions.
  • Commute around Cape Cod for client intakes.
  • Attend staff meetings
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and other financial transactions.
  • Coordinate with staff and caregivers to ensure smooth operations.
Caregiving: Shift Premium


  • Provide compassionate care and assistance to clients in their homes.
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  • Monitor and report changes in client health status.
  • Foster a supportive and safe environment for clients.
Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures.
  • A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Previous experience as a Caregiver in homes or senior communities
