What does a Distribution Associate do?

As a Full Time Distribution Associate at TLG Solutions LLC in Chatsworth, CA, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our manufacturing process. Working closely with the Distribution Manager, you will assist in processing orders, meticulously packing them for delivery, and conducting quality inspections to guarantee customer satisfaction. Your attention to detail will ensure that all orders meet both company standards and regulatory requirements set by the Bureau of Cannabis Control (BCC).

From managing inventory to organizing documentation, your contribution will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of excellence. Additionally, your flexibility to support the production team when needed will make you an indispensable part of our dynamic and customer-centric culture.

What you need to be successful

To excel as a Full Time Distribution Associate at TLG Solutions LLC, candidates must possess essential skills and qualifications. Proficiency in organizational skills and attention to detail is crucial for accurately packing orders and managing inventory efficiently. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 2+ years of working experience to ensure a strong foundation in the manufacturing industry. The ability to sit for extended periods and lift boxes weighing 60 lbs or more daily is essential to meet the physical demands of the role. Successful candidates will demonstrate adaptability, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
