Salary range- $135-145k/ year plus Bonus and Benefits


Are you a top line revenue driver looking for your next team to motivate to success? We are assisting a client in need of a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to join their team. This role is integral to the clients success.


Essential Functions

  • Drive top line revenue for the clients dual property located in the heart of one of Floridas great cities.
  • Coach and lead sales team for properties.
  • Develop and implement sales plans for the Dual properties in line with corporate goals.
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals.
  • Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
  • Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control the sales program.
  • Coordinate sales for targeted markets and direct promotional and marketing development.
  • Schedule trade shows, missions, and blitzes, assigning appropriate sales representatives.
  • Assign sales territories, quotas, and goals to sales representatives.

Education and Skills

  • Five or more years of luxury hotel industry sales-related experience
  • Proven track record of success in an urban resort property.
  • Franchisee experience preferred.
  • Marriott experience preferred.
  • Local market knowledge preferred.
