Job DescriptionJob Description

Menno Haven is seeking Household Team Members-Medication Technicians to join our family Household Team Members/Med Techs in our Memory Care Houses provide care, support and assistance to the residents which includes but is not limited to: ADL's, dining, housekeeping and programming. Additionally, they are responsible for administering medications, providing treatments and accurately documenting as ordered by the physician. Our Household Team Members work collaboratively to create a home-like environment and encourage resident involvement. The Memory Care Homes at Menno Haven are designed for individuals who may have dementia and are in need of a safe, secure, family-centered environment.

We are offering a $2500.00 sign on bonus for full-time and part-time hires.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED, required
  • Active CNA license in PA, preferred
  • Current PA, MT certification, required or willing to obtain
  • Current CPR certified, required
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living, highly desirable
  • Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work on a team and alone
