Household Team Member

Mennos Haven is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Household Team Member to join our team. As a Household Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing care, support, and assistance to our residents in our Memory Care Houses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with dining and mealtime activities
  • Contribute to a clean and safe living environment through housekeeping duties
  • Participate in programming and activities designed to promote resident engagement and well-being
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Active CNA license in PA preferred
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living highly desirable
  • Ability to promote a positive attitude and work collaboratively as part of a team
