Accident Centers of Texas is a leading multidisciplinary practice specializing in Chiropractic and Physical Therapy services for auto injury and personal injury patients. We operate 10 multidisciplinary clinics throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area and 2 additional locations in Austin, Texas. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of client, ensuring their needs are met within the legal framework. The Case Manager will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to clients and management.

Job Description

  • Manage case files and maintain accurate and detailed records.
  • Coordinate with medical professionals, insurance companies, and other relevant parties.
  • Schedule and track important dates, such as court appearances and deadlines.
  • Collect and organize evidence, medical records, and other documentation pertinent to the case.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the legal team.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their cases.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all documents are properly filed and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Prepare and review case-related correspondence and reports.
  • Work with clients and attorneys to negotiate settlements and ensure fair compensation.
  • Prepare and review settlement proposals and agreements.
  • Ensure all activities are compliant with legal and ethical standards.
  • Prepare case reports and track case progress for internal and external review.
  • Manage scheduling for meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
  • Keeps clients informed by maintaining contact; communicating case progress.
  • Maintains case costs by verifying outstanding balances with attorney, clients, and
  • providers.

Must have Skills:

  • Previous experience in a legal or personal injury environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software or EMR.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual is preferred (Spanish)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
