Party Reflections, Inc. is a family owned and operated company that has served both North and South Carolina since 1958. With locations in Charlotte, Greensboro & Raleigh, NC and Columbia, SC. We provide quality event rental equipment and excellent customer service for clients planning social, sporting, non-profit and corporate events.

Job Title:Warehouse Manager – Columbia, SC

Minimum Qualifications:Proven managerial skills and results
Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm and commitment
Ability to motivate and manage teams while simultaneously handling multiple projects
Excellent organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to share skills and knowledge with others
Proven leadership skills

Experience:Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years experience within a warehouse/operational leadership role

Classification:Exempt

Position Summary: Responsible for overseeing warehouse departments, maximize efficiency with product and processes and achieve established goals.
Utilize leadership skills to build a positive and productive team that performs at a high level.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise warehouse employees and oversee daily warehouse operations
  • Perform general maintenance of machinery / equipment used in the warehouse
  • Inspect condition of tools and equipment
  • Enforce all company rules and policies
  • Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job
  • Communicate with drivers / install teams to ensure efficient delivery of products
  • Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly
  • Keep a clean, neat, and organized warehouse
  • Oversee cleanliness of warehouse restrooms and break rooms
  • Oversee loading and unloading of all trucks
  • Oversee fulfillment of orders to ensure accuracy
  • Participate in employee hiring, performance improvement, and terminations
  • Drive and instill Core Values
  • Assist with other duties, tasks, and projects to ensure growth and development for the organization

Physical Demands:

  • Must have adequate vision with or without corrective lenses along with adequate speech and hearing
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position in a non-climate controlled environment.
  • Must have a full range of motion and dexterity, including but not limited to the ability to bend, squat, reach above head, walk straight and lift up to 70 pounds.
