Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate HVAC Installations between Dealers, Customers, and Installers
  • Utilizing provided reports to enhance inside sales
  • Help resolve warranty issues and claims
  • Maintaining an established customer base through weekly calls and emails
  • Handling order entry and quote preparation
  • Working hand in hand with Outside Sales force
  • Prior scheduling and AP/AR experience a plus
  • HVAC experience a plus
