WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This position works 8am-5pm Tuesday-Friday, Saturday 8am-3pm.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

You will play a crucial role in managing and dispatching our team of Experts to our customers' homes. Your main responsibility will be to prioritize calls based on their urgency and priority levels, ensuring that our Experts reach each customer efficiently and in a timely manner. You will closely monitor the routes taken by our Experts, constantly striving to optimize their time and ensure maximum efficiency. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in coordinating the daily operations of our field team.
