As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees and managers
  • Provide hands-on training and mentorship to service staff, focusing on key areas such as:
    • Guest Service: Ensuring every guest leaves with a positive impression
    • Etiquette: Teaching staff to maintain a professional and respectful atmosphere
    • Food and Beverage Knowledge: Educating staff on menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • Approve weekly schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels
  • Manage financial responsibilities, including:
    • Reconciling accounts and invoices
    • Inventory management: Maintaining accurate records and minimizing waste

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end, fast-paced establishment
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including work during weekdays, evenings, weekends, and some holidays as required

  • Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of building strong relationships with staff and fostering a positive work environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and motivate teams
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Strong team player with a commitment to creating a respectful and inclusive work environment, built on mutual respect and open communication
