Job Summary


As the RN Manager of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), you are crucial in creating a supportive and healthy environment for staff and patients. Your responsibilities include promoting top-tier nursing practices, ensuring a nurturing environment, and playing a key role in planning, policy formation, resource allocation, improvement efforts, and educational program design. Providing direct nursing care is also essential.

Qualifications


  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
  • A minimum of three years' relevant experience is desired.
  • Must be a Registered Nurse.
  • Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of starting the job.
