Jimmy Johns Manager

Job Summary:
The Jimmy John’s Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring customer satisfaction. This full-time position is located in EULESS. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry and a passion for providing exceptional service. This is an individual contributor role, and the manager will be responsible for managing a team of employees.

Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $60000 to $70000 per year, paid weekly. The selected candidate will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Jimmy John’s restaurant, including managing staff, handling customer complaints, and ensuring food and service quality.
• Train and supervise the restaurant staff, including hiring, scheduling, and enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, following health and safety regulations.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Prepare reports on sales, employee performance, and other relevant metrics.
• Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement operational strategies.
• Handle administrative tasks, such as payroll, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Handle any other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry, with previous management experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
• Flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
