Full -Time Position. RNs needed in the Counties of Orange and Rockland.

This is not a remote position.

To be an RN - Case Manager you need to be:

  • Dedicated to the philosophy of hospice care.
  • Believe that excellent patient care is the only acceptable standard.
  • A Registered RN, licensed to practice nursing in New York State.
  • Comfortable providing community-based care.
  • Some experience caring for terminally ill patients and a basic understanding and commitment to the hospice philosophy of care.
  • One to two years of recent bedside nursing experience with good clinical skills.
  • Ability to assess the needs of terminally ill patients and their families and to plan care to meet these needs.
  • Ability to relate to a diverse population and workforce in a personable and effective manner.
  • Love to work on a team of dedicated professionals from multiple disciplines.
  • Must possess a car, valid driver's license, and current insurance and arrange other means of transportation if your personal car is unavailable.

The salary for this position is $74k-$95k annually and is commensurate with education and applicable experience and certifications.
