We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, compassionate individual to join our team as a Local Promotions Coordinator (Part-Time) to support our members, their families, and our clinical team. 

As a Local Promotions Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our mission’s visibility within the community by establishing partnerships with local businesses and organizations to distribute promotional materials effectively. You will be responsible for identifying strategic locations to post flyers, posters, and other promotional materials, ensuring maximum exposure and engagement within the target demographic. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to relationship-building, and a deep understanding of the local community dynamics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, places of worship, schools, community events, and community centers to secure permission for posting or handing out promotional materials.
  • Identify high-traffic areas and strategic locations within the community to display flyers, posters, and other promotional materials.
  • Negotiate and coordinate agreements with venue and business owners/managers for posting materials, ensuring compliance with local regulations and guidelines.
  • Create and distribute promotional materials to partner locations, ensuring timely delivery and consistent brand representation.
  • Monitor and replenish promotional materials as needed, ensuring that displays are well-maintained and up-to-date.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of promotional efforts and locations, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about local events, activities, and trends that could impact promotional opportunities or strategies.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

EXPECTATIONS:
 
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of local community dynamics, including key businesses, organizations, and events.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship-building.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screen.
  • Maintain compliance with all Gloria Gates CARE standards, including Conduct, Compliance, and all other policies and procedures. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
 
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proven experience in promotional or marketing roles, with a focus on community outreach and engagement.
