POSITION OBJECTIVE

The Workforce Analyst will support the Workforce Management team by assisting in forecasting, capacity planning, and data analysis using Excel and other data tools. As a Workforce Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and interpreting complex workforce data to develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards.

CRITICAL SUCCESS BEHAVIORS

  • Passionate about organizing data and identifying trends and groupings
  • Creatively turn qualitative data into quantitative data
  • Identify missing pieces of information and root cause why it is missing
  • Collaborate with team members to find different ways of looking at the data
  • Incorporate branding and make data presentable
  • Be conscious of time management to achieve timeline, and ask for help when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • Attention to detail and self-motivation skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office product proficiency (PowerPoint and Excel: experience using pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

The ideal candidate would typically have:

  • Exposure to contact center reporting and data sources
  • Experience working with large data sets and analytics
  • Previous exposure to contact center Workforce Management
