FLSA Status: Full-Time

Location: Tulsa, OKC, Stillwater, OK


General Purpose

  • The Service Technician will run scheduled and reactive service on all equipment. This role will also be responsible for participating in the on-call rotation for their respective territories(s).

Essential Duties and Tasks

  • Responsible for the completion of all scheduled and reactive work orders assigned to this individual.
  • Responsible for the continual stocking of this individual's vehicle.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation schedule set by management.
  • Responsible for all paperwork needed to complete each work order assigned.
  • Responsible for communicating and working with supervisor/ manager on any problems that arise to ensure the work is completed in a timely manner and to Todco's standards.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience

  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic schematics, and diagrams
  • Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills
  • Ability to create and meet deadlines
  • Self-management skills
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with vendors, customers, and Todco employees
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Experience using phone and computer systems and software
  • Must be willing to travel and stay overnight as needed
